Self starter with knowledge of the RUS 515 Contract, plus ICGS, IDDS, Visio & Micro-Station. 

Provide engineering designs for new and existing fiber and copper cables buried, underground & aerial.  Provide engineering designs for new protection and cable racking inside Central Offices. Route evaluations: Subdivision cabling, bridge attachments, building cabling.  Coordination with the local city, state and federal agencies.  Former Contel & GTE In-House training, RUS Resident Engineer/Inspector, Sufficient in sign language for the deaf.

Extensive Contract Engineering experience.

Extensive experience with SBC, Verizon, EMBARQ, RUS.
